ISSUE
On some vehicles the trailer tow brake connector C210 (part of wiring loom -14401-) may be hard to find in the instrument panel. This may be due to the trailer tow connector being installed in the wrong location in the instrument panel.
ACTION
Locate and reposition the connector to the proper location at the instrument panel central bracket. Refer to the following Service Procedure for details.
SERVICE PROCEDURE
1. Locate and remove the trailer tow connector C210 from the incorrect position in the instrument panel (Figure 1).
2. Remove the connector pin-push from its position.
3. Install the connector at the correct position (Figures 2 and 3).
