EGR Valve: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Loosen the nut from the bottom of the EGR valve.







2. Remove the vacuum line from the top of the EGR valve.







3. Remove the two bolts and the EGR valve.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

NOTE: Use a new gasket when installing the EGR valve.
