Engine Oil Dip Stick - Dip Stick Tube: Service and Repair

Removal





1. Remove the oil level indicator tube bracket nut.





2. Remove the oil level indicator tube.

Installation





1. Coat the sealing surfaces of the oil level indicator tube with Silicone Gasket and Sealant F7AZ-19554-EA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSE-M4G323-A4.





2. Install the oil level indicator tube.





3. Install the oil level indicator tube bracket nut.
