Main Climate Control

REMOVAL
1. Remove the air conditioning and heater assembly, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Housing Assembly HVAC/Service and Repair/






2. Remove the screws.






3. Remove the nut from the rear expansion valve.






4. Disconnect the rear spring lock, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/Coupler HVAC/Service and Repair/ Service and Repair






5. Remove the screws and the cover.






6. Remove the evaporator core from the housing.






7. Remove the expansion valve from the core.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
