Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Drain the Cooling System.
2. Remove the upper intake manifold.





3. Disconnect the radiator overflow hose from the bypass tube.





4. Disconnect the hose from the water pump outlet tube.





5. Remove the bolts and the water bypass tube and hose assembly.

Installation








1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Install a new O-ring.
