Heater Core: Service and Repair
REMOVALNOTE: If a
heater core leak is suspected, the heater core must be leak tested before it is removed from the vehicle.
1.
Remove the plenum chamber.
2.
Remove the screws and the heater core cover.
3.
Carefully cut the seal above the
heater core inlet and outlet tubes and remove the heater core.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
