Disassembly





1. Gently rap on the front header to loosen the 0-rings. Twist the front header while pulling on it until the header comes free from the oil cooler housing.





2. Gently rap on the rear header to loosen the 0-rings. Twist the rear header while pulling on it until the header comes free from the oil cooler housing.
3. Remove the four 0-rings from the oil cooler housing and discard.

Assembly

1. NOTE: Install new 0-rings on the oil cooler housing.

Follow the disassembly procedure in reverse order.
