Installation





1. CAUTION: A new transfer case driven gear seal must be installed any time the transfer case is removed.

Install the transfer case.
^ Install the bolts.





2. Connect the transfer case vent hose to the vent tube.





3. Install the bolt.





4. Install the crossmember brace and the four bolts.





5. Install the bracket and the six bolts.
6. Install the RH exhaust manifold.
7. Install the drive axle intermediate shaft.





8. Install the heat shield.
^ Install the three bolts.
9. Install the exhaust crossover pipe.
10. Install the driveshaft.
11. Check the transfer case fluid level.
12. Connect the battery ground cable.
13. Check the transaxle fluid level.
