Knock Sensor: Service and Repair
REMOVALNOTE: The
Knock Sensor (KS) is located on the RH side of the cylinder block.
1.
Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2.
Raise the vehicle on a hoist.
3.
Disconnect the
KS electrical connector.
4.
Remove bolt and the
KS.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
