Seat Back: Service and Repair
DISASSEMBLY1. Disassemble the third row seat.
2. Remove the two upper seat adjuster covers.
^ Remove the two pintype retainers.
3. Remove the two seat adjusters.
1 Remove the two bolts.
2 Remove the seat adjusters.
4. Remove the seat back cover and cushion.
1 Disconnect the seat cover J-clips.
2 Remove the seat back cover and cushion from the frame.
^ Remove the hog rings from the frame.
5. Remove the seat back trim cover from the seat foam.
ASSEMBLY
1. Install the two seat adjusters.
1 Position the seat adjusters.
2 Install the two bolts.
2. Install the two upper seat adjuster covers.
^ Install the pin-type retainers.
3. Install the seat cover on the seat cushion.
4. Install the seat back frame into the seat back trim cover and cushion.
1 Install the seat back frame into the seat back trim cover and cushion.
2 Connect the seat cover J-clips.
^ Install the hog rings from foam to frame.
5. Check the restraint system for correct operation.
