With Auxiliary Climate Control

REMOVAL
1. Drain the radiator.







2. Disconnect the heater outlet hose at the engine.







3. Disconnect the heater inlet hose at the engine.







4. Remove the charge air cooler pipe.







5. Disconnect the quick disconnect heater hose couplings from the heater water hoses. Refer to heater hose coupling disconnect and connect procedure.







6. Remove the heater control valve vacuum line and clamps and remove the heater control valve.







7. Remove the heater return line.







8. Remove the nuts and the heater return line.







9. Disconnect the heater water hoses from the heater core. Refer to heater hose coupling disconnect and connect procedure.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Lubricate the coolant hoses with MERPOL (R) meeting Ford specification ESE-M99B144-B or plain water only, if needed.
