Parts will not be direct shipped for this recall. Since there are only 288 vehicles involved, dealers must call the Recall Hotline at 1-800-325-5621 to order parts. When calling, be prepared to provide the affected VIN to ensure the correct airbag will be shipped to you (via any order type you choose). This process will remain in effect for the first 30 days after launch. After 30 days, dealers will be able to order parts through normal order processing channels.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN

Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
