Engine Control Module: Service and Repair

Powertrain Control Module (PCM) - Pickup Chassis

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.
2. Remove the LH wheel and tire.







3. Remove the LH fender apron.
^ Remove the bolts.
^ Remove the pin-type retainers.







4. Loosen the bolt and disconnect the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) electrical connector.







5. Remove the screws and remove the PCM and bracket assembly.







6. Separate the PCM from the bracket.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
