Seat-Second Row, 60% Portion of 60/40 Split Bench

DISASSEMBLY







1. Remove the screw cover.







2. Remove the outboard hinge trim cover.
1 Remove the two screws.
2 Remove the outboard hinge trim cover.







3. Remove the inboard hinge trim cover.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the inboard hinge trim cover.







4. Remove the flipper panel.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the flipper panel.
^ Release the flipper panel latch.







5. Remove the flipper panel latch.
^ Release the tabs.







6. Remove the flipper panel striker.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Remove the flipper panel striker.







7. Remove the flipper panel trim cover.
^ Unzip the flipper panel trim cover.







8. Position the two seat back hinge cover flaps aside.
1 Remove the pin-type retainers.
2 Position the two seat back hinge cover flaps aside.







9. Disconnect the latch control cable housing from the seat back hinge assembly.
^ Remove the screw.







10. Unhook the latch control cable from the seat back hinge.







11. Remove the second row armrest.
^ Remove the four bolts (two each side).







12. Remove the seat cushion from the seat back.
1 Remove the four bolts.
2 Remove the seat cushion.
13. Unhook the seat back trim cover J-clips.







14. Unhook the seat back trim cover flaps.
^ Unhook the armrest opening seat back trim cover flaps.







15. Remove the seat back trim cover flap staples.







16. Remove the seat back.
1 Remove the seat back to hinge bolts.
2 Remove the seat back.

ASSEMBLY







1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.







2. Check the restraint system for correct operation.
