^ Vehicles built before 07/24/2000 are equipped with a Remote Anti-Theft (RAP) module.
^ Vehicles built after 07/24/2000 are equipped with a central security module.

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the horn.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.
