Compressor HVAC: Service Precautions
CAUTION: When replacing an A/C compressor which has failed internally, perform the following procedures to prevent contamination of the
refrigerant system:

If A/C Flusher is available, perform the Flushing procedure.

If A/C Flusher is not available, perform the
Refrigerant System Filtering After A/C Component Replacement procedure.
^
Replace the A/C evaporator core orifice.
