LABOR ALLOWANCES
PARTS REQUIREMENTS
In-stock unit:
Fuse covers for your in-stock units will be mailed to your dealership the beginning of November. Contained with the fuse covers will be a VIN list of affected in-stock units. To order additional covers contact the Special Service Support at 1-800-325-5621.
Sold Units:
The instrument panel fuse covers for this program are being mailed directly to owners of the affected vehicles. If a customer misplaces their fuse cover an additional fuse cover may be ordered by calling the Special Service Support Center at 1-800-325-5621.
Note:
When charging fuse cover out on claim, refer to part package or current parts catalog for part number.

EXCESS STOCK RETURN
Excess stock returned for credit must have been purchased from Ford Customer Service Division in accordance with Policy Procedure Bulletin 4000.
