EGR Tube: Service and Repair
REMOVALNOTE: The 4.6L, 4V is shown. The 3.8L and the 4.6L, 2V are similar.
1.
Disconnect the
Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) tube from the
EGR valve.
2.
Raise the vehicle.
3.
Disconnect the
EGR tube from the exhaust manifold.
4.
Lower the vehicle.
5.
Disconnect the hoses and remove the tube from the vehicle.
INSTALLATION 1.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
