With Center Console

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the plenum chamber. Refer to: Heating and Air Conditioning, Housing Assembly HVAC, Service and Repair, Removal and Installation, Plenum Chamber, Plenum Chamber






2. Remove the screws and the plenum demister adapter.







3. Remove the plenum/floor door vacuum control motor.
1 Disconnect the vacuum hose.
2 Remove the screws.
3 Rotate and remove the plenum/floor door vacuum control motor.







4. Remove the floor console register duct door vacuum control motor.
1 Remove the screws.
2 Rotate and remove the floor console register duct door vacuum control motor.







5. Cut the snap-loops around the housing flange of the plenum chamber.
6. Remove the three screws. Separate the plenum chamber.







7. While depressing the tab, remove the plenum/floor door and lever.







8. Remove the floor console register duct door.
1 Remove an area of the foam insulation.
2 Raise the tab to disengage the lever.
3 Remove the lever and the floor console register duct door.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
