Disassembly and Assembly

DISASSEMBLY







1. Remove the duct screws.







2. Remove the cover screws and remove the cover.







3. Remove the core.







4. Remove the evaporator core housing screws.







5. Remove the evaporator core housing screws.







6. Remove the blower motor.
^ Remove the screws.
^ Disconnect the electrical connector.







7. Remove the screws.







8. Remove the two screws.
^ Disconnect the electrical connector.







9. Disconnect the vacuum connector.







10. Remove the screws.







11. Remove the screws.
^ Disconnect the electrical connector.







12. Remove the vacuum and electrical harness as an assembly.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
