Component Tests and General Diagnostics

WATER LEAKS INTO BOX THROUGH FRONT OR REAR RAILS

1. NOTE: Keep the complete rail system installed on the box.

Loosen the side rails so the entire system is movable.

2. Push on the rear rail so that the entire rail system moves forward on the box.
3. Adjust the rail system to allow clearance between the lower flange on the rear rail and the tailgate. Refer to General Specifications.
4. Tighten the side rail fasteners. Refer to General Specifications.

The Rear Rail Is Difficult to Slide into Stow Position

1. NOTE: Keep the complete rail system installed on the box.

Loosen the side rail fasteners.

2. Adjust the side-to-side positioning of the side rails to allow clearance between the rear slider rail and the side rail. Refer to General Specifications.
3. Tighten the side rail fasteners to specifications. Refer to General Specifications.
