REMOVAL
1. Remove the quarter trim panel.







2. Remove the rear quarter window glass.
1 Remove the nuts.
2 Push the rear quarter window glass outward to release the foam butyl seal.

NOTE: Have an assistant hold the rear quarter window glass.







3. Remove the excess foam butyl from the window opening.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Starting at the bottom middle and working around the frame, apply an 8-mm (0.32-in) bead of foam butyl sealant meeting Ford specification WSB-M2G234-C to the rear quarter window glass frame.
^ Loosely install all the nuts before tightening.

NOTE: When applying foam butyl, leave a slight overlap at the bottom to allow for drainage.
