Exhaust Pressure Sensor: Service and Repair

Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor
Removal
CAUTION: Make sure the ignition switch is in the OFF position prior to working on the electronic engine controls.
1.- Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.

2.- NOTE: The fan and fan clutch are removed for clarity.

Remove the exhaust back pressure sensor.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Loosen and remove the sensor from the mounting bracket.






Installation
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
