Engine Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Remove the instrument panel side trim.

2. Remove the cowl side trim panel.

3. Remove the glovebox.

4. Remove the passenger side lower footwell trim panel.

5. Disconnect the Central Security Module (CSM) electrical connector.

6. Detach the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) securing bracket.

7. Remove the PCM from the securing bracket.

8. Remove the PCM.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
