Remote Keyless Entry (RKE) Module

REMOVAL
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

CAUTION: Prior to removal of the RKE module, it is necessary to upload module configuration information to a diagnostic tool. This information needs to be downloaded into a new module once installed







2. Remove the utility compartment
1 Remove the four pin-type retainers
2 Remove the utility compartment.
^ If equipped, disconnect the power point electrical connector.







3. Disconnect the electrical connector.







4. Remove the nuts and the remote keyless entry module.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
