Removal and Installation

REMOVAL
1. Remove the radiator.







2. Remove the inlet and outlet ducts from the charge air cooler.
1 Loosen the clamp.
2 Remove the ducts from the charge air cooler.

NOTE: Both the inlet and the outlet ducts are removed the same way. Only the outlet duct is shown.







3. Remove the two stud bolts.







4. Remove the charge air cooler.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
