PARTS REQUIREMENTS / ORDERING INFORMATION
Parts will not be direct shipped for this program. Order your parts requirements through normal order processing channels. For the first 30 days after FSA program launch, Emergency status orders can be placed by calling the Special Service Support Center at 1-800-325-5621.
ORDER INFORMATION
The DOR/COR for this program is 50299. This number identifies parts ordered for this Customer Satisfaction Program through the Special Service Support Center (1-800-325-5621).

EXCESS STOCK RETURN

^ Free Oil and Filter Offer Expiration: December 31, 2003. (Please note: Free oil and filter offer expires before program 03B05 expires).
Note:
This free oil and filter can only be claimed one time per vehicle.
Vehicles affected by both programs 03B05 or 03B06 are eligible for only one free oil and filter change.
