Captain's Chair and 40 Percent

FRONT SEAT CUSHION - CAPTAIN'S CHAIR AND 40 PERCENT

DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY

All vehicles
1. Remove the seat cushion.







2. Remove the bolt.

Vehicles with heated seats
3. Disconnect the heated seat module electrical connector.







4. Remove heated seat module.







5. Remove the screws.

All vehicles







6. WARNING: The metal edges of seat cushion pan can be sharp.

Unclip the J-clips.







7. Position the upholstery and remove the pin-type retainers.
8. Remove the seat cushion foam pad from the frame.

9. CAUTION: Use care when separating the seat cushion trim cover from the hook and loop strip, or the hook and loop strip can be torn from the seat cushion foam.

Remove the upholstery hook and loop.

10. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
