You must use OASIS to determine if a vehicle is eligible for this program.

Note:
All of the vehicles involved in this program are also affected by 03B06 - Cold Operation Calibration Product Enhancement. For customer convenience please perform both programs during one customer visit.

Correct all vehicles in stock before delivery.

Note:
The free oil and filter change offer does not apply to units in stock.

DEALER-OWNER CONTACT

Promptly correct all affected vehicles on your FSA VIN Lists. Also correct other affected vehicles identified in OASIS which are brought to your dealership.

Note:
These dealer listings may contain customer names and addresses obtained from Motor Vehicle Registration Records. The use of such motor vehicle registration data for any purpose other than in connection with this customer satisfaction program is a violation of law in several states/provinces/countries. Accordingly you must limit the use of this listing to the follow-up necessary to complete this action.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

OWNER REFUNDS

Ford Motor Company will only refund for an owner-paid ICP replacement made before the date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer.) Refer to ACESII manual for refund information.
