Ordering Instructions for Additional EECI Labels

Revised EECI labels for this program are being sent directly to customers of the affected vehicles. Additional labels (for customers who arrive without the label or for dealer stock units) may be ordered as follows:

^ Call 1-800-325-5621

^ Be prepared to provide your name P & A code and mailing address

^ Ask for an additional revised 6.0L EECI label for Special Field Action 03L12 Provide vehicle VIN model year and make to obtain the correct EECI label

DEALER PRICE

Dealers will not be charged for the revised EECI labels ordered under this program.
