Normal Operation
The FEM module sends the VAPS solenoid a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) current through circuit 8-CE9 (WH/GN) the VAPOR solenoid sends a feedback voltage to the FEM module, (depending on power steering assist on~and) through circuit 9-CE9 (BN/GN)

Possible Causes
^ VAPS solenoid
^ Circuit 8-CE9 (WH/GN)
^ Circuit 9-CE9 (BN/GN)

CAUTION: Use the Flex Probe Kit for all test connections to prevent damage to the wiring terminals. Do not use standard multimeter probes.
