Disassembly
1. Remove the Teflon seal rings and the No. thrust washer.
2. NOTE: If the driven sprocket bearing is damaged it should be replaced.
Using the special tools, remove the driven sprocket bearing.
Assembly
1. If removed, install a new driven sprocket bearing. Using the special tools and an arbor press install a new driven sprocket bearing.
2. Make sure that the seals are mated correctly during installation.
3. CAUTION: The seal rings must be installed correctly. Transmission failure could result.
Install new Teflon seals and the No. 5 thrust washer.
