Oil Separator: Service and Repair

CRANKCASE VENT OIL SEPARATOR

REMOVAL
1. Remove the left cylinder head.







2. Remove the two bolts.







3. Remove the crankcase vent oil separator and discard the gasket.

INSTALLATION

1. NOTE: The sealing surfaces are soft metal.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Carefully clean both sealing surfaces with metal surface cleaner and install a new crankcase vent oil separator gasket.
