Removal
1. Remove the companion flange.





2. Remove the companion flange dust shield.

Installation





1. Using the special tool, snap the dust shield onto the companion flange.
2. Install the companion flange.

3. NOTE: Refill capacities are determined by filling the transfer case to the bottom of the filler hole.

Check the transfer case oil level.
