CHARGE AIR COOLER

REMOVAL

All vehicles
1. Remove the radiator.
2. Remove the air cleaner element.







3. Remove the air cleaner front cover.
1 Disconnect the auxiliary air intake.
2 Remove the front cover assembly.

Vehicles with metal ducts







4. NOTE: Only the inlet duct is shown.

Remove the duct from the charge air cooler.

Vehicles with blow molded ducts







5. Loosen the clamps and remove the duct.

All vehicles







6. Remove the two stud bolts.







7. Remove the charge air cooler.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
