LABOR ALLOWANCES

PARTS REQUIREMENTS / ORDERING INFORMATION

Dealers must determine the ordering intentions for all of their affected in-stock vehicles. For those vehicles that are intended for sale and registration in New York, Vermont, California, Maine, or Massachusetts contact the Special Service Support Center at 1-800-325-5621 to order parts labels and documents. When calling this number identify Emissions Recall 04E08 have the VIN of the dealer in-stock vehicle to be serviced the VECI label 3-character suffix PCM catchword and PCM part number (refer to Attachment Ill steps 1 thru 4). The Special Service Support Center will place an order for your PCM requirements and ship a package containing the necessary labels and documents to your dealership.

For vehicles intended to be sold and registered outside of New York Vermont California Maine or Massachusetts no service action is required.
