Cruise Control Servo: Service and Repair

SPEED CONTROL SERVO

REMOVAL







1. Disconnect the electrical connector.







2. Depress the locking tab and rotate the speed control cable cap to remove.







3. Disconnect the speed control cable from the speed control servo pulley.
1 Gently push the retaining spring.
2 Disconnect the speed control cable slug.







4. Remove the bolt and the speed control servo and bracket.







5. Remove the bolts and separate the bracket from the speed control servo.

INSTALLATION







1. NOTE: Make sure the rubber seal is fully seated onto the speed control cable cap.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
