Camshaft Bearing Cap
Tighten the camshaft bearing cap bolts in two stages in the sequence shown.
Tighten to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
Tighten to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
Cylinder head bolts
Tighten the 12 mm (0.47 inch) bolts in two stages in the sequence shown.
Tighten bolts 80 degrees.
Tighten bolts additional 80 degrees.
NOTE: LH shown, RH similar.
NOTE: Cylinder head bolts are a torque-to-yield design. New bolts must be installed.
