Removal and Installation
1. Remove the instrument panel. Refer to: Body and Frame, Interior Moulding/Trim, Dashboard/Instrument Panel, Service and Repair, Removal and Installation, Removal and Installation







2. Clamp off and disconnect the heater hoses from the heater core.







3. Disconnect the vacuum harness connector.







4. Remove the lower retaining nuts.







5. Remove the upper retaining nuts and remove the plenum chamber.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Lubricate the coolant hoses with plain water only if needed.
