Removal and Installation
1. Remove the instrument panel cross beam.







2. Detach the wire harness from the air inlet duct.







3. Detach the wire harness from the blower motor housing.







4. Detach the wire harness from the heater core and evaporator core housing.
5. Remove the 2 floor duct screws.
6. Remove the floor duct.
7. Remove the 6 heater core and evaporator core housing bolts.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

8. Remove the heater core and evaporator core housing.
9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Lubricate the refrigerant system with the correct amount of clean PAG oil.
