WINDOW GLASS - FIXED QUARTER

Removal and Installation
1. Remove the quarter trim panel.







2. Remove the nuts.
3. Remove the fixed quarter window glass.
- Cut the adhesive from around the window.







4. NOTE: Clean the area around the quarter window glass prior to installation.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Apply Urethane Adhesive Essex U-216 or Essex 400-HV meeting Ford specification WSB-M2G316-B to the window.
- Test the quarter window glass for water leaks.
