Removal and Installation
1. Remove the engine cover.







2. Disconnect the differential pressure feedback exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) sensor hoses.
3. Disconnect the upper exhaust manifold-to-EGR valve tube fitting nut.
- To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

4. Disconnect the lower exhaust manifold-to-EGR valve tube fitting nut. Remove the EGR system module tube.
- To install, tighten to 50 Nm (37 lb-ft).

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
