Normal Operation
The Escape Hybrid hazard warning indicator informs the driver that the vehicle should be stopped or major damage to the propulsion system is probable. The input to the cluster is a message over the communication network from the powertrain control module (PCM), the traction battery control module (TBCM), and the transmission control module (TCM).
