Normal Operation
A variable pulse width modulated (PWM) voltage is supplied from the instrument panel dimmer switch to the steering wheel switches on circuit 19 (LB/RD). Ground for the steering wheel switches is through circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 19 (LB/RD) open
- circuit 57 (BK) open
- clockspring
- steering wheel control switches
