PINPOINT TEST J: THE REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY KEYPAD ILLUMINATION IS INOPERATIVE

Normal Operation
When the remote keyless entry (RKE) keypad illumination is activated, the vehicle security module supplies voltage to circuit 66 (LB) to illuminate the RKE keypad. The RKE keypad illumination is grounded through circuit 57 (BK).

Possible Causes
- circuit 57 (BK) open
- circuit 66 (LB) open or short to ground
- RKE keypad
- vehicle security module
