Test A: No Communication With The Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Module
PINPOINT TEST A: NO COMMUNICATION WITH THE ANTI-LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM (ABS) MODULE
Normal Operation
The operating voltage required to supply the ABS module, hydraulic pump and isolation valves is in a range between 10 and 16 volts.
Voltage is supplied by the battery junction box (BJB) through circuit 533 (TN/RD) (ignition feed), circuit 534 (YE/LG) (hot at all times) and circuit 532 (OG/YE) (hot at all times). Ground is provided through circuit 530 (LG/YE).
Possible Causes
- Fuse(s)
- Circuit open
- ABS module
