Normal Operation - Automatic Transmission
Voltage is suppled to the reversing lamp relay coil directly from the powertrain control module (PCM) power relay. The reversing lamp relay coil ground is controlled by the PCM through circuit 324 (YE/LG). The reversing lamp relay is supplied voltage from the central junction box (CJB) fuse 8 (15A). When the reversing lamp relay is energized, voltage is routed to the reversing lamps through circuit 140 (BK/PK).

Normal Operation - Manual Transmission
Voltage is suppled to the reversing lamp relay coil directly from the PCM power relay. The reversing lamp relay coil ground is controlled by the reversing lamp switch through circuit 324 (YE/LG). Ground for the reversing lamp switch is provided through circuit 57 (BK). The reversing lamp relay is supplied voltage from the CJB fuse 8 (15A). When the reversing lamp relay is energized, voltage is routed to the reversing lamps through circuit 140 (BK/PK).

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Circuit 57 (BK) open
- Circuit 140 (BK/PK) open
- Circuit 324 (YE/LG) open
- Reversing lamp relay
- Reversing lamp switch
- CJB
- PCM
