Rear Seat Backrest Latch - 4-Door

REAR SEAT BACKREST LATCH - 4-DOOR

Removal and Installation
1. Fold the rear seat backrest(s) forward.







2. Detach the backrest release cable.







3. Remove the backrest latch cover.
- Release the 2 retaining tangs.







4. Remove the 2 backrest latch screws.
- To install, tighten to 28 Nm (21 lb-ft).







5. NOTE: Note the routing of the backrest release cable when removing it to aid installation.

Remove the backrest release latch.

6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
