HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY

















Removal and Installation
1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.







2. Remove the 3 pin-type retainers and the upper radiator air deflector.
3. Remove the 2 screws and the radiator grille.
4. Remove the radiator lower air deflector.
1 Remove the 8 screws.
2 Remove the 5 pin-type retainers.







5. NOTE: For the LH headlamp assembly, remove the air cleaner assembly.

Remove the lower headlamp assembly bolt.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

6. Remove the 2 bolts and the headlamp assembly.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.
- To install, tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb-in).

7. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- If necessary, adjust the headlamps.
