Accessory Drive

Removal and Installation

1. With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.

2. Remove the 2 bolts and the accessory drive belt splash shield.
- To install, tighten to 9 Nm (80 lb-in).

Early Build Vehicles

3. Using the pulley bolt, rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.







Late Build Vehicles

4. Using the hex feature, rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the accessory drive belt.







All vehicles

5. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
